CIRA’s Dr. James Mulvenon Discusses How Future U.S. Semiconductor Policy Must Address Chip Challenges Posed by China

Five years ago, China kicked off a “Made in 2025” campaign to secure global dominance in critical sectors, including the semiconductor industry. The U.S. has embraced a new national semiconductor industrial policy to counter the Chinese challenge. Dr. James Mulvenon, SOSi’s in-house expert on Chinese military and cyber operations, was part of a panel put together by the Lincoln Network to discuss recent developments in U.S. Semiconductor Policy and and their impact on the future.
